Since 1991, Len MacLachlan has been immersed in the insurance industry-solving problems, making connections and helping businesses protect their employees. To date, thousands of people in Lambton County have Len to thank for their peace of mind.
Len is not only an award-winning entrepreneur and member of the Bluewater Health Foundation Executive, he is also a husband and father which, to him, is the most important job in the world.

Jesse Kirkham
Operations Manager
Prior to joining the LBM Consulting Team in May 2011, Jesse worked as a public servant with Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Canadian Coast Guard for over 10 years. Jesse comes to us with a wealth of experience, a Bachelors Degree from the University of Windsor with a concentration in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources and a Diploma in Business Administration-Accounting from Lambton College. At LBM Consulting, Jesse will focus on the day-to-day operations of our organization with an emphasis on organization effectiveness and financial management, as well as long term planning and development.

Jack Larmond
Consultant
Prior to joining the LBM team, Jack was a valuable asset with a major Canadian insurance carrier. Jack believes in working hard and playing hard and is an avid golfer. His specialty is Employee Benefit Plans and focuses on helping clients protect themselves, their families, and their businesses. In 2004, Jack received Honours in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance through the University of Windsor. He is committed to building long term relationships with his clients and providing exceptional service. He is also a strong believer in continuing education and self improvement.

Gloria Meere
Corporate Customer Service Representative
Prior to joining the LBM Consulting Team in 2003, Gloria held long time positions in both Public and Human Relations Departments as well as Marketing and R&D Departments with Dow Chemical. Having grown up in the Sarnia Lambton area, Gloria is well acquainted with the unique needs of this growing business community. She is also very active in the community and loves to work with clients on a personal basis.

Barb Pajuk
Customer Service Representative
Before entering into the Insurance Industry in 2006, Barb worked with a major Canadian bank for 25 years. Barb's specialty was interfacing with clients and she did so both as a Customer Service Rep and as Support for the Small Business Team. Barb has a great understanding of small business needs and we count on her as our first point of contact with you when you call in with a question or a concern.
