Len MacLachlan
President & Consultant

For the past 20 years, Len has been in the insurance industry and 10 years ago set up LBM Consulting as a local insurance and financial brokerage.

Len has been recognized locally by the chamber and by the insurance industry through various awards. He is also actively involved in his community though his support of various organizations such as St. Clair Child & Youth, Sarnia/Lambton Community Living and sits on the Executive of the Bluewater Health Foundation.

Len has been married to his wife Brandie for over 6 years and they have a young son, Brody.




Jesse Kirkham
Operations Manager

Jesse joined the LBM Consulting team in early 2011 after working for over 10 years with the Federal Government. He has a wealth of experience, coupled with his formal training in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. Jesse's role is focusing on the day-to-day operations of our organization with an emphasis on organization effectiveness and financial management, as well as long term planning and development. He has been raised in Sarnia-Lambton and lives here with his wife of 5 years, Nancy.




Joshua Russell
Junior Consultant

Joshua has recently joined our organization after completing his studies and obtaining a Post Graduate Degree in Financial Planning. That and also having his Life License has made him an asset to our organization as he looks at ways of integrating personal financial planning into the services we provide. Joshua has been raised in the Sarnia area and is active in his community.




Gloria Meere
Customer Service Representative (Corporate)

Gloria has been with LBM Consulting since the start. Her level of experience and familiarity has been a real asset to our corporate clients as she assists them through all phases of their policy cycle.

Prior to joining our organization, Gloria held various positions in Human Resources, Marketing and R&D with Dow Chemical.

Gloria has been raised in Sarnia-Lambton and lives here with her husband, Len.




Barb Pajuk
Customer Service Representative

Before entering into the Insurance Industry in 2006, Barb worked with a major Canadian bank for 25 years. Barb's specialty was interfacing with clients and she did so both as a Customer Service Rep and as Support for the Small Business Team. Barb has a great understanding of small business needs and we count on her as our first point of contact with you when you call in with a question or a concern.




Alexandra L'Heureux
Assistant Customer Service Representative

Alexandra joined our organization late 2011 and has already proved to be a valuable asset by providing back office support to the Consultants and Customer Service Representatives. Prior to joining our organization, Alexandra completed her post-secondary studies after a period with the Royal Canadian Navy and a year teaching in South Korea. Alexandra has been raised in Sarnia-Lambton and is actively involved in the local sailing community.
